The petitioners seek bail in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 210/2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 427, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Because of a dispute between the neighbours, an occurrence took place in which some of the persons have been left injured. However, the injuries on most of the victims have been reported to be simple in nature.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46064 of 2022(2) dt.25-11-2022 2/2 Though there is specific accusation of assault against the petitioners but it has been pointed out that the petitioners do not have criminal antecedents and that they are in custody since 31.05.2022.

It has also been brought to the notice of this Court that petitioner no. 1 had earlier lodged a case against the husband of the informant.

Regard being had to the afore-noted facts, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -III, Motihari, District - West Champaran, in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 210/2020. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) sunilkumar/- U T
