Petitioner is an accused in a case under Section 364A, 323/34, 411 of the Penal Code. First Information Report was registered against one Sudhir Singh @ Sudhir Kumar who has been admitted to the privilege of bail by this Court under order dated 13.05.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11611 of 2014, Annexure-2. Petitioner and one Dilip Thakur were implicated during investigation. Dilip Thakur has also been released on bail by this Court under order dated 24.01.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52368 of 2013, which is also annexed with the petition.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39540 of 2014 (3) dt.21-01-2015 Let the petitioner, whose case is similar to that of Dilip Thakur, be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Sessions Judge-II, Begusarai in connection with Barauni (F.C.I.) P.S. Case No. 373 of 2013, arising out of S.T. No. 878/2013, as he has remained in jail custody with effect from 29.07.2013 and besides the present case he is not accused in any other case.
