Prayer is for modification in order dated 25.04.2018 passed in Criminal Appeal (SJ) No. 866 of 2018 to the extent that spelling of the name of the petitioner be corrected as "Fayeem Yadav" instead of "Fahim Yadav". The mistake is typographical one. Hence, let it be corrected.

Perused the order dated 05.07.2018 passed by the learned Court below. The petitioner shall file fresh bail bond in the case.

With the aforesaid observation, this application stands
