JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 19-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the petition.

In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Suppl. Khagaria P.S. Case No.122A of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the son of the informant had gone for work in the Munger district, but did not return. Later on, it was transpired that the victim was last seen with the present petitioner. Till date the boy has not been recovered.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40444 of 2017 (2) dt.19-09-2017 2/2 Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
