1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, for quashing the Enquiry Report dated 25.05.2013, submitted by the Anchal Amin whereby a perfunctory measurement has been done by the Anchal Amin inasmuch as he has prepared the report without adhering to the requirements of measurement.
(ii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of writ
Patna High Court CWJC No.6751 of 2015(3) dt.14-08-2024 2/2 of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, commanding the Respondent Authorities to measure afresh the lands appertaining to (i) Khata No. 111, Plot No. 14/ plot no. 10 (new), (ii) Khata No. 10/66, Plot No. 16 (New), Khata No. 128, Plot No. 9, Village Bolakpur (Jagdishpur), P.S.:
Hulasganj, District:- Jehanabad."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondents submits by referring to paragraph no.18 of the counter affidavit, filed in the present case that measurement was conducted by the Anchal Amin on 14.05.2013 and then map was also prepared, whereafter the same was reported to the Circle Officer, Hulasganj Anchal , District Jehanabad, hence the grievances of the petitioner has stood redressed.
3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities, in case of any subsisting grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
