The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/ 325/ 307/332/333/353/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and others for commission of assault. The doctor has found fracture on right forearm and another simple injury on the driver of the police vehicle. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 22.05.2020. Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner and completion of investigation as well as general and omnibus nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be

No.2062 of 2021(2) dt.26-03-2021 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No.322 of 2020, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
