Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 385, 354(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged against the F.I.R named accused

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56478 of 2021(2) dt.22-04-2022 2/3 persons including the petitioner that they armed with lathi, danda, iron rod and sword came at the field of the informant and started assaulting him and when his wife came to his rescue, she was also assaulted and her modesty was outraged by the accused persons. The accused persons also assaulted the son of the informant when he came to rescue his parents.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the alleged occurrence of 20.03.2016, the complaint was filed on 04.04.2016 which came to be registered as F.I.R on 12.05.2016. It is further submitted that since the petitioner's side lodged Kanti P.S. Case No. 124 of 2016 against the informant and others, hence, as a retaliatory measure, the present F.I.R has been registered against the petitioner and others. The injury report has not been brought on record. Both the parties are villagers and they have amicably settled their disputes.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let

No.56478 of 2021(2) dt.22-04-2022 3/3 the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, II, West, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 200 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
