In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 94 of 2019 registered for offences under sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case, the police has recovered 11 liter of illegal liquor from the motorcycle standing in front of the house of co-accused Tantan Mandal.
Looking to the quantity of liquor recovered as also the petitioner having no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
