The petitioner seeks bail, who is in custody since 01.10.2022 in connection with Harinmar P.S. Case No. 57 of 2022, F.I.R. dated 30.09.2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341,323,354,504,506/34 of IPC and Section 8 of POCSO Act Amendment 2019.

After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh application after completion of six months from the date of the rejection order dated 06.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1515 of 2023. Permission is accorded.
