====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-03-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Tisiauta P.S. Case No. 43 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 29.01.2020. This is second attempt. Vide order dated 10.02.2021, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'A'), which reveals that cognizance has been taken and case is pending for commitment.

Considering the stage of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
