The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 130 of 2017 (G.R. No. 1286 of 2017), registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 354, 504, 379 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. In the First Information Report only allegation against the petitioners is that when the wife of the informant was returning to her house after getting her treated then the petitioners did not allow her to enter into her house and abused. Submission is of false implication and that only with a view to implicate more persons the petitioners have been added
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44474 of 2017 (2) dt.22-09-2017 2/2 in the F.I.R. The petitioners have got no concern with the alleged occurrence, they are ladies and, as such, the petitioners deserve sympathetic consideration.
The learned A.P.P. fairly submits that against the petitioners only allegation is that they abused and did not allow the wife of the informant to enter into her house. In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 130 of 2017 (G.R. 1286 of 2017), subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
