The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 79 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 436, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the allegation of having put fire to the entire shop where the informant was sitting, an offence under Sections 436/34 of the Indian Penal Code is made out and name of the petitioners are also mentioned in the FIR, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. This application is dismissed.
