2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 284 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is one of the accused persons, who are accused of injuring the victim.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 24.03.2025 and it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48968 of 2025(2) dt.11-08-2025 2/2 that the the other co-accused have already been granted anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, X, Gaya/concerned Court below in connection with Fatehpur P.S.
