05.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in Kankarbagh P.S.

Case No. 78 of 2014 registered under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code pending before Smt. Kumari Khyati Singh, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna (or its successor).

Considering the statement of the alleged victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and now the trial is going on, I am not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for bail is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and for which reason he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20372 of 2014 (8) dt.05-01-2015 witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Sr. Superintendent of Police, Patna, and the Sr.
