2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 46 of 2021, F.I.R. dated 30.03.2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has taken a preliminary objection on the basis of the impugned order which suggests that the processes under Section 82 & 83 of the Cr. P.C. have been issued against the petitioner and submits that in view of the aforesaid, the anticipatory bail petition is not maintainable.

4. It appears from the impugned order that the submission made on behalf of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is correct.

5. In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed as not maintainable (Rajesh Kumar Verma, J) Ibrar//- U
