JUSTICE AKHILESH CHANDRA ORAL ORDER 14-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

This is third attempt on behalf of the petitioner. Earlier his prayer was refused respectively vide orders dated 17/10/2012 and 18/12/2013 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 35885/2012 and 29168/2013 and any order on present application was deferred anticipating disposal of the case within three months as evident from the report of the trial court received through Letter No. 65 dated 22/09/2014 but, as submitted, still there is no progress. Further, the petitioner undertakes to be physically present before the court below on each and every dates fixed. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of filing duly verified petition supported with personal affidavit before the court below to the effect stated above, the petitioner, abovenamed, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

No. 113 of 2013/23 of 2013 arising out of Warisaliganj P.S.
