1. The learned counsel for the respondent-State seeks to file a supplementary counter affidavit, copy whereof has already been filed online. Let the same be kept on record.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent-State submits by referring to the supplementary counter affidavit, filed in the present case that the land in question has been restored to its original position inasmuch as brick soling has been removed and in proof thereof, photographs have been annexed to the said supplementary counter affidavit, hence it is submitted that the grievances of the petitioner has stood redressed.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8257 of 2015(4) dt.04-09-2024 2/2 petitioner submits that if it be so, the writ petition be disposed off, however, with liberty to him to agitate his subsisting grievances, if any, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty so sought is granted.
