Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 75 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that both the parties are agnates. There is land dispute between

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46664 of 2022(3) dt.24-01-2023 2/2 them. There is case and counter case. The injuries suffered by the injured is in simple in nature and the petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent.

On the other hand, the learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail but fairly conceded that the injuries are simple in nature.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as the clean antecedent of the petitioners the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 75 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
