JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 11-04-2019 This writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 15.9.2013 (Annexure-5) passed by the Conservator of Forest (Respondent No. 2) by which he has set aside the letter issued under Memo No. 679 dated 26.3.2012 issued by Divisional Forest Officer (Respondent No. 3) by which Respondent No. 3 has stayed the operation of Saw Mill and directed the Respondent No. 4 to produce the up-to-date agreement for lease of the premises.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that now
Patna High Court CWJC No.6084 of 2016(2) dt.11-04-2019 2/2 respondent No. 4 has vacated the premises and his grievance has been redressed.
Counsel for the State is also present.
Since Respondent No. 4 has already vacated the land, the petitioner does not want to press this writ petition as the same has become infructuous.
