The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

35.5 liters of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from a bush, situated near the house of this petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Recovery has been made from a public place. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the
