JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-10-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order contained in Memo No. 129/Khagaria dated 13.05.2013 passed in Case No.36-01 of 2012 by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Khagaria, which is under challenge, in this writ application.

The petitioners shall file an appeal within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period, in accordance with law. The present application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction.
