The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Majhoulia P.S. Case No. 510/2020, registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 07, 387, 506/34 of the Indian Penal code and 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Considering the fact that the petitioner has eight criminal antecedents, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly this bail application is dismissed.
