Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The District Education Officer, Gaya wrote a letter to the Headmaster Unch Vidyalaya, Khurar, Gaya that on the basis of forged certificate the petitioner and others got appointment. On such letter the present first information report was lodged.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner filed a writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. No. 339 of 2001 challenging the order of his termination. No inquiry was held to find out that the petitioner has submitted forged certificate. The

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38409 of 2014 (2) dt.28-01-2015 2/2 petitioner is in jail since 05.08.2014.

Having considered the facts and nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 05.08.2014 the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of A.
