2. In terms of order dated 31.10.2018, show cause has been filed on behalf of the Vice Chancellor and Registrar of the University indicating compliance of the order dated 01.03.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 19056 of 2015.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that the order of the writ Court has been complied with.

4. In view thereof, the application stands disposed off.

5. However, it shall be open to the petitioner to assail the order by which encasement of earned leave has been given to the petitioner, which according to him is less, before the authorities of the University.
