17-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Earlier, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 12.03.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 2941 of 2021 (Annexure 1).

On last occasion, vide order dated 06.10.2021, a report regarding stage of the trial was called for, which has been received and kept at flag 'A'. From perusal of the same, it appears that charge has been framed and out of seven witnesses, three witnesses have already been examined and rest four witnesses are to be examined.

Taking into consideration the nature of accusation and the progress of the trial, the bail petition of petitioner is rejected. However, since the petitioner is in custody since 10.07.2020, the learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a
