2. The present application has been filed for grant of extension of time for surrender and furnishing bail bonds by modification of order of this Court dated 20.09.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38581 of 2016, in terms of which the petitioners had been granted anticipatory bail.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners being the husband and wife could not surrender and furnish bail bonds within the time owing to illness and treatment of their minor son.

4. In this view of the matter, the time granted for surrender before the learned Court below in terms of order dated 20.09.2016 in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25216 of 2017 dt.05-07-2017 Cr. Misc. No. 38581 of 2016 is extended by two weeks from today.
