07-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AC to SC-20 as well as Sri Rajendra Kumar Giri, learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of T.M. Bhagalpur University. Sri Rajendra Kumar Giri, learned counsel for the University, by way of referring to averments made in the show cause and supplementary show cause, submits that almost all the grievances of the petitioner have already been redressed. He further submits that regarding arrear of salary, he has received instruction, which suggests that same has already been paid.
