The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased lady who died out of burn injury within one year of her marriage with the son of the petitioner. It has also been submitted that it is a case of no evidence and the petitioner was living separately from his sons. The learned counsel has prayed that in view of the age of the petitioner, the prayer for bail should be considered sympathetically. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and after considering the submissions, this Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at this stage. The petitioner may

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38953 of 2014 (2) dt.14-01-2015 renew his prayer for bail after six months and the same shall be considered and disposed of on its own merits. The application is accordingly rejected.
