In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 335 of 2014 registered for offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the FIR while the informant was returning to his native place, he was surrounded by the petitioner and other coaccused persons behind the jail boundary wall. Allegation has been made against the petitioner that he has caused injury on the head of the victim by Sickle. Allegation has been made against other co-accused persons of causing injury.

Looking to the nature of allegation and injury caused, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 335 of 2014.
