1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 63 of 2023 registered under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to ill motive. Further submission is that the petitioners are not P.D.S. dealers rather they are farmers and the urea fertilizer has been purchased by them for agriculture work. The petitioners have got no criminal

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 63 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
