1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 69, 89, 61(2), 351(3) and 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and they have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant being parents and relatives of Riyan Mian as the informant alleges that she was in a relationship with Riyan for four years and he

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47643 of 2025(2) dt.30-07-2025 2/2 established physical relation on pretext of marriage, on account of which, she became pregnant but then her pregnancy was aborted and later the parents of Riyan refused to marry her with Riyan.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Siwan Mahila P.S. Case No.18/2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
