2. This is the 2nd attempt of the petitioner. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 11.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50239 of 2023.
3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 302, 307, 379, 326, 120B and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
4. The following order was passed on 11.10.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 50239 of 2023:- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Nirmala Kumari, learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No. 252 of 2022 (G.R. No. 3044 of 2022) registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 302, 307, 379, 326,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48980 of 2024(3) dt.03-01-2025 2/2 120(B) and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The petitioner is the assailant of the deceased. He has shot the deceased and killed him.
4. In view of the above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
5. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.
6. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.

6. From the report of the trial court, it appears that the six witnesses have already been examined in the trial.
7. Since the trial is proceeding, no case for bail is made out though the petitioner is in jail since 05.01.2023.
8. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected again.
9. The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial at the earliest in view of the fact that the petitioner is in jail since long.
