Petitioner is accused in connection with Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 56 of 2020 in Special Case No. 558 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is a labourer. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 10.08.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.D.J.-II-
