2. The present writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondents to pay salary to the petitioner from the date of joining and further for direction to the respondents to give opportunity for training to him.

Learned counsel for the State, at the very outset, submits that virtually the petitioner has filed this writ application for executing the order passed by the District Teachers Appellate Authority for which he has remedy to move before the State Appellate Authority and without availing the said efficacious remedy the petitioner has approached this Court.
4. In such view of the matter, without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner is directed to file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within four weeks and the State Appellate Authority would pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law after affording opportunity of hearing to the respective parties. The delay, if any, in preferring the appeal shall be condoned by the State Appellate Authority.
5. With the above observation and direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
