Singh Degree College, Saran at Chapra, in which, they have clearly deposed that letter No. 06 of 2025 dated 28.02.2025 issued by the Secretary, Dr. P.N. Singh Degree College,Chhapra, has been quashed in the light of the order of this Court dated 28.05.2025 passed in CWJC No. 7958 of 2025. They have also annexed a copy of the latter No. 14 of 2025 dated 29.08.2025 sent by the Secretary to Adhoc Committee of Dr. P.N. Singh Degree College,Chhapra.

2. As such, the order dated 28.05.2025 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 7958 of 2025 is complied with.

3. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
