ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-01-2016 The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment dated 2.9.2004 passed in Criminal Appeal No.92 of 2003/ 08 of 2004, by which the Additional District & Sessions Judge, P.O., Fast Track Court No.2, Saran at Chapra has confirmed the conviction of the Appellant and released him on due admonition under Section 3 of the Probation of Offenders Act, passed by Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Chapra in Complaint case No.1172 of 1996 (Trial No.428 of 2003) by judgment dated 4.8.2003.
