Petitioner seeks bail in Digha P.S. Case No.170 of 2014 instituted under Section(s) 290 Indian Penal Code and Section 20 of the NDPS Act pending before the Sessions Judge, Patna.
Considering the nature of article recovered from the possession of the Petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner.
Prayer for bail is rejected.
The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial for which reason the Trial Court shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for their examination along with a copy of this order to the concerned Superintendent of Police, who is
