JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 26-07-2022 In view of the Section 12 of the Probation of Offenders Act, considering that the petitioners have been dealt under Sections 3 & 4 of the Probation of Offenders Act and no disqualification is attracted against him, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this revision application may be disposed of with this clarification.
