Mr. Shailendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the Bihar State Food & Civil Supplies Corporation is present. Learned counsel submits that on several occasions, the petitioner was called upon to hand over the charge and show reasons as to why he should not be directed to deposit the amount of loss caused to the Corporation but the petitioner has not turned up. It is stated that he was posted in the Corporation on deputation.
