The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Salimpur P. S. Case No. 122 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 385, 387, 427, 452, 504 and 506/120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Regard being had to serious nature of allegation that in all nine named accused persons including the petitioner and 25-30 unknown persons demolished the partly constructed house of the brother of the informant by J.C.B. machine and on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21025 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 protest they resorted indiscriminate firing and threatened the informant and his family members that unless they pay Rs.10,00,000/-, they would not be allowed to construct the house, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, their prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
