Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Dhansoin P.S. Case No. 82 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and they have been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity and land dispute. There is only allegation of firing but no one has
