Despite valid service of notice, none appears on behalf of the State.

The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Danapur RPF Case No. 02 of 2017 registered under Section 3 R.P. (U.P.) Act.

Regard being had to the fact that the name of the petitioner was disclosed as one of the thieves who had stolen railway properties by a co-accused who had participated in commission of crime, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
