2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 363/366(A)/34 IPC registered in connection with Cheria Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 184 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated and the accusation of taking the victim girl from place to place is improbable. The FIR has been instituted after a delay of about four days. It is submitted that the medical board has found the age of the victim girl to be 16-18 years without sign

Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged as well as the deposition of the victim girl claiming to be 13 yeas of age with direct allegation against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner.
