In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 1132 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 366A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

An allegation has been made that the petitioner has kidnapped a girl but, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they have entered into marriage in the Tarachandi Temple in presence of all well wishers and has produced a document showing marriage of both the persons containing signature of witness and also bearing seal and signature of Kanhaiya Singh. No.19153 of 2017 (3) dt.06-07-2017 case, let the petitioner, namely, Akhilesh Kumar, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 1132 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C..
