In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Azam Nagar P.S. Case No. 236 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 302, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
An allegation has been made against the petitioners of indiscriminate firing.
Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19172 of 2017 (4) dt.06-07-2017 petitioners, namely, Baijnath Mandal, Dinesh Yadav and Navin Mandal @ Navin Kumar Mandal is rejected.
