The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,120B,417,468,465,403 and 406/34 of the IPC. The prosecution case got initiated with the filing of the complaint before the learned CJM, Gopalganj, which came to be registered as police case after the complaint being transferred to the police under Section 156(3) of the Cr.P.C. It is alleged that the petitioner realized Rs.3,90,000/- from the complainant and his other five friends with a promise to provide them employment in different foreign countries but neither the employment was provided nor the money was returned. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no proof with regard to payment to the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the informant and others chose to get the employment through illegal means, hence the process of law cannot come to their rescue, let the petitioner above named be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender within 12 weeks on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Gopalganj in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 14 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) anil/- U
