Let the defect(s) be removed within four weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course. The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with S.T. No.229 of 2022 arising out of Banka (Barahat) P.S. Case No.494 of 2021 instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 302, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

A perusal of Annexure-1 shows that the petitioner earlier preferred Cr. Misc. No.66226 of 2021 which was rejected on merit on 11.05.2022 considering the specific allegation that was made against him.

Without waiting for the cooling off period, the petitioner chose to present this bail application on 28.07.2022.
