====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-09-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other co-accused persons are alleged to have committed murder of the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of motorcycle as dowry.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that thrust of accusation is against family members of the deceased and out of them, father-in-law of the deceased is already in custody. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- 2nd, (West) Muzaffarpur in connection with Motipur P. S. Case No. 937 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
