JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 17-09-2018 Today, a supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party no. 2. Annexures-'B' and 'C' to the show cause as contained in Memo No. 937 (11) dated 15.09.2018 are said to have been issued in compliance of the order of the learned Single Judge in Review Petition No. 133 of 2003. The case of the left over candidates have now been considered and appointment letters have been ordered to be issued.
Learned Senior Counsel representing the petitioners points out that in terms of Paragraph Nos. 2 and 3 of the order as contained in Annexures-'B' and 'C' a separate letter for posting is
being issued and the newly appointed persons will join in the light of the letter of posting and they will be paid their salary etc. from the date of their joining.
Learned AAG-15 submits that there will not be inordinate delay in issuance of letter of posting and it is likely to be issued very soon and in no case later than one week from today. In the aforesaid view of the matter, this contempt application stands disposed off.
I.A. No. 1788 of 2018 has become infructuous, it is disposed off, accordingly.
