The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Muffasil P.S. Case No.10 of 2020 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Ajay Manjhi has already been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 24.07.2021 passed in Cr.Misc.No.31111 of 2020 by this Court. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2384 of 2021(3) dt.12-01-2022 2/2 period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.10 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
